the why
Great imagery begins with a great experience. In my past decade as a wedding photographer, I have come to realize that it’s that the
moments that are gone instantaneously that are the most important, and they are rarely planned out.
The experience I bring allows me to anticipate these moments, and be ready to
artfully document them. I want my clients to walk away with imagery that reminds them of what it felt like to be in that very moment, uninterrupted, living life to the fullest.

Why did I choose Alora for our wedding photography? Because the talent and style I saw in her portfolio was unmatched. Here's the thing, I didn't grasp how much that talent would change the outcome of our wedding. Alora captured some of the rawest moments that we will treasure for a lifetime. Alora still deserves all the recognition in the world. Even a little more than a year later, we are still in awe of her photos from our wedding. Alora is incredibly professional, but also so down to earth. My now husband and I are not super comfortable in front of the camera, but we felt like we were there with a friend who happened to be really good at photography. We honestly cannot find the words to properly thank Alora. She is simply incredible, and we are so grateful to her for documenting all of these amazing memories to revisit the rest of our lives.

Alora was and is absolutely fantastic. I had been planning a wedding out of state, as I'm a medical resident in one state, but wanted our wedding to be close to family and friends (namely the grandparents. They wouldn't have been able to come if we had the wedding too far from home). Alora is so talented: She is easy-going, creative, detail-oriented and captured such tender moments from the day so beautifully. Also, we had 171 photos in our sneak peak within like 36 hours of our wedding. We were kind of shocked to receive so many. I am so happy that we had the opportunity to work with Alora, and we would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat.

about Alora
My entire life I’ve been in love with three things: People, Images, and Cinema. I approach each wedding to capture the stunning love stories of couples who value family, connection, and legacy. So looking at past images take them right back to the nostalgic moments.
I have been featured in over 20 publications over the past seven years and voted The Knot Best of Weddings three years in a row. I have been a bride myself (so I can help put you at ease in terms of the wedding day) and am married to an introvert (which makes me an expert at making couples feel comfortable).
